Design the 2010 GCGC Geocoin Contest (Updated 4/16)

I am very excited!!!  Thanks, guys.   All the designs were GREAT (even yours, ROC)!  That was stiff competition.  I understand why the refs had to go to the replay booth several times to find a winner.

I think my daughter will FREAK OUT!  She has been asking me almost DAILY (no, I am not kidding) if our coin won.

I am glad I can finally give her an answer.  Thanks to the GCGC folks who set this up, and for all their efforts!  Hopefully it will sell good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    


If there is any additional work I need to put in to the coin, please let me know.  Canny wait to see the finished product!!!!!!!!!!

There will be some tweaks rv, but I think the manufacturer will take care of most of it.  Mostly things like separating the colors.  And we may have to edit the Earthcache icon, since it's copyrighted.  Other than that, the design elements will be as shown.

Tell your daughter congrats!  I know she's excited.

By the way, I actually like Mallock's GCGC side with tracking number better than my GCGC logo side.  We had similar ideas, but I like how he did his better.  It would not hurt my feelings at all if you use his layout for the GCGC logo and tracking number!  I think it looked real sharp.

I don't know how far down the line with the manufacturer you are, just an idea!
