These days with the economy the way it is and likely to stay that way for a bit, people are starting to barter their services for someone elses.
...and things haven't changed.

I hired Therapaint's services to do a little painting as the wife's birthday present from over a year ago.  I was just about to post a recommendation but then I got a better look at the room...

One more day at FA's house, and I have some leftover chartreuse in my garage - let's see if he posts pics from today............muwahahaha

Need some help from the IT dept.

My mom and dad's computer went out and I know it's the power supply. Only problem is I am not sure where I can get another one the same size. I have attached two pics (best I could get) of the info on the PS box. It's a 90W unit that came with the Gateway computer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Don't know if this is still the case, but Gateway used to use proprietary power supplies so you couldn't replace them with off-the-shelf parts.

Send me an email to remind me [and include the model number] and I'll check on it for you tonight.

That should be done by a licensed individual/business for gas service (provided it's gas heated). Your local gas company can do that. They (PSNC) did mine a couple years ago. I wouldn't get just a handyman for that, it could turn out not too gooooood.

Its electric so if I has gas issues, I'm going to need far more than a new hot water heater.  b-(

I did.  Would have been a long winter with no hot water but I do have other plumbing work needed to be done still.

Thought i would offere up me and my fiancees services here, though im not sure what success it may have. I am a Chef, half pastry, half classical french culinary. Currently out of work, so wouldnt mind catering gigs or something along those lines, i can make some pretty sweet artisan breads too :P (my actual college focus was bread baking). My fiancee is also a pastry chef but has done 90% cake making/decorating. She is available for wedding or birthday cakes, can do things with fondant that will have your 6 year olds screaming. (has done all the sesame street chartaters, dora, hello kitty etc.) So, thats us! inquire for prices :P

Do you have a website or pictures to share? My son will be 3 in June and he loves Lightning McQueen & Thomas the Train. Not sure which, if either, we plan to do for his birthday yet, but it is nice to know the options.
